Suggestion 1 :

Well done to the staff for delivering some great presentations and lectures during this.

However, trying to over load new staff with extensive information in the first few days is maybe unnecessary and counterproductive. The August 2018 Orientation took part over 2 full days with a series of detailed lectures across a variety of administrative and academics issues.

I hope the management could review condensing this Orientation to give a brief summary of relevant information. Ideally a 1-2 hour briefing would be much more beneficial than the current 2 day (around 10 hour) session. 

Hope this feedback helps to improve.

建议给员工购买补充医疗保险,对于员工来说增加了保障、有安定感。也可以降低企业的风险,将风险转移给保险公司。

现如今亚健康人群比较多,医保覆盖范围有限。如果有额外医保,对于员工来说,健康更有保障。
